Specialty Paint Applications

Some jobs require special paints that need to be applied for different reasons. Here are some specialty paints and coatings that we have experience in applying.

Intumecent Paint

Intumecent paints and coatings are used as a passive fire resistent measure. They are applied to sturctural beams to as fireproofing. They key to this paint is that it expands to the exposure of heat, becoming less dence and acting as a insulator that keeps the high tempurtures away from the sturctures.
